Regarding the Islamic ruling of giving a non-Muslim the meant of udhiyah, Dr. Salah Sultan, said:
“…it is allowed to give the non-Muslims from the meat of the Udhiyah (sacrificial animal). The Udhiyah is to be divided among friends, needy and family. In the first third, there is no harm at all to include your non-Muslim friends; on the second third, there is no text in the sources to specify that only Muslim poor and needy be given from the sacrifice. So there is no restriction on giving the non-Muslim from the sacrifice.”
