Both the husband and wife should satisfy each other in bed. If one of them fails to achieve this marital duty, he/she should resort to medical treatment or Islamic professional counseling.
Sheikh Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shinqiti, Director of the Islamic Center of South Plains, Lubbock, Texas, states: “The ayah (Qur’anic verse) in surat al-Mu’minun states that “Whoever seeks satisfaction beyond marriage is among the transgressors.” (Al-Mu’minum: 7)
We should earnestly try to stay within the boundaries of marriage. If the husband cannot satisfy his wife, then both of them should seek medical treatment because there might be a certain reason that can be treated.
After doing this, if the problem persists, and there is a necessity to resort to these tools to seek sexual gratification, then the husband can use those tools to satisfy his wife. The reason for doing this is to keep sexual gratification within the boundaries of the husband-wife relation.”
