The sum allocated to a worker by the company for treatment comes in form of insurance, which Allah has enjoined. The benefactor must spend this money on the purpose to which it was assigned, that is treatment. It is not permissible to dispose this money to any other person, be it near or far, from the family or outside the family members. Whoever takes any money other than his own, such money is haram, and he must return this money to where he took it from.
It is known that workplaces take care of their workers medical treatments, and even in parastatals that do not give this support, people do not take what is allocated to others. This act of deception opposes the employment contract that earns the employee salary, as a result it should be condemned in order to avoid lawlessness and possible danger in the future.
