Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. how should we observe Laylat Al-Qadr and which night of Ramadan is it? Jazakum Allah khayran.

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I am not wearing hijab but I observe fasting and prayer. Will Allah accept my fasting and prayer? A friend of mine said to me yesterday that none of my fasts are valid. Please help! Jazakum Allah khayran.

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM, My question is that i was fasting and an accident happened while i was sleeping ,i had a wet dream  is my fast still valid or not    thanks

As-Salamu `alaykum! What is the ruling on a pers on who discharges semen or pre-seminal fluid as a result of playing with his wife while observing an expiatory fasting? And, what is the ruling on a person who discharges wadi as a result of playing with his wife while fasting in Ramadan?NotesPreferably the view of Maliki Madh-hab.

Respected scholars,Assalamu alaykumWhen a Muslim invalidates his fast by intentionally eating or drinking, does he have to fast one day other than Ramadan to make up for that fast, or is the expiation of freeing a slave, fasting two consecutive months or feeding sixty poor people applicable?Whilst cooking one day in Ramadan, I became unsure of whether I had added the salt or not. I was very worried that my father would be annoyed, and I remembered reading somewhere that in a situation like this if one feared discourse within the family then it was permissible to taste the food, so I tasted it. I remember I swallowed it as well, although it was only a drop of gravy. But now I fear that I invalidated my fast, because the swallowing of food wasn’t unintentional. If that is your opinion too, I’d like to make up for it in sha Allah in the p rescribed way.Jazakum Allah Khair.

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I am the head of a household. Now that Ramadan has started, how can I seize this opportunity to take care of my family and teach them during this blessed month? Jazakum Allah khayran.

Respected scholar of Islam, as-salamu `alaykum. Is it permissible for an old man/woman not to fast in Ramadan? Also, what is the ruling regarding the pregnant woman and suckling mother?

Medical Injections do not break the fast based on the opinion of the majority of the schools of thought: The things that break the fast are those which are entered into the body via  natural openings either from the mouth, nose or the anus. The same ruling applies for eye drops. Eye drops do not

As'salam Alaikum,May Allah Bless you in this service that you provide. Here is the thing. My husband and I were watching a program on Iqra "Islamic Channel" were a scholar was giving fatwas to people based on their questions. The answer that the scholar gave to one question puzzled me and left doubt. The question had to do with asthma inhalors. Both my husband and I are asthmatics, and though our asthma is mild we do have to use an inhalor to treat it, especially when we are ill. We have always assumed that because we are not ingesting the mist that it did not break the fast. Both my husband and I have used our inhalors during Ramadan. The scholar said that if the inhalor has only oxygen then that was ok and it did not break the fast, but if it had medication in it then it would. But I have had asthma most of my life and I no no inhalor that is just oxygen. Most asthma inhalors have a small amount of a steroide that helps stop the lungs from contracting. And since we saw the program I have been worried that my some of the days I fasted during the last Ramadan my not count because I used my inhalor. So, making a long story short: Does using an inhalor to control and stop an asthma attack during Ramadan break ones fast? Please help!

are men and women allowed to cut their nails while fasting?
