yellowish

 i think I have been making a mistake in deciding about my purity for the last few months. It so happened in September that when I checked my discharge I thought that it had became clear and I did ghusl and prayed. The next day however I again saw a yellowish discharge but I thought that I saw clear discharge last night so this is probably istihaadah. I am facing waswaas so I decided to ignore it. I am affected by waswaas a lot. But then I did ghusl anyway but rite before Ramadan just to be on safe side, and then I forgot about it all. But last month and this month when checking for purity I again thought that maybe I had made a mistake that time. I am not sure anymore what should I do. should I make up those prayers that I read before I did ghusl to be on the safe side before Ramadan or not?
