I have a quick question. I have been told that one must perform wudu’ (ablution) after taking a shower or bath. If so, then why is this necessary?
Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. If you are making wudu’ (ablution) in a sink with a toilet right next to it (as in most homes today), does that change what dhikr (mention of Allah) you can make? Would it restrict you from making the Sunnah of du`a’ (supplication) in that place? Jazakum Allah khayran.
Dear scholar(s),as-salam-alaikumWhat importance does Islam hold for cleaniness and Hygiene of human body? In India, i see a number of Muslims who do not take bath on daily basis and wear same clothes for days. Its only the day of Friday, when they take bath and wear clean clothes. this has created a negative impact on Non-Muslims here who tend to think that Islam does not teach to be clean and hygeiene. My second question is what is the logic behind each action undertaken "wudu"?please answer my questions. Jazakum Allah khayran
