working

assalamualaikumMy husband wants to shift his job to a company which is a subsidiary to an international bank. But his job deals purely with the IT sector and has nothing to do with calculating interest or anything of that sort. Can he join ? Is it right according to Islam?

Asalamu wa Alakum,I just recently graduated from law school in the U.S. and I am having a problem understading what is permisible in terms of work.  As a lawyer, am i allowed to defend or prosecute people using the civil/criminal laws of the U.S.?  Please be specific.  Your answers are sometimes too general, e.g. you will say that if it does not contracdict Islamic law.  So i would please ask someone who is familiar with the law profession in the U.S. to explain what areas of law practice are permissible?May Allah bless you for your patience and work for His cause.  Amen
