Getting Married While a Woman Is in her Period
Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I have heard that it is not permissible for a woman to get married (have the contract written) or divorced while she has her period. I understand that intercourse isn’t permissible in this time, but I mean just the writing of the contract. Can it be done when the bride is menstruating? Jazakum Allah khayran.
