Using Public Washrooms
As-salamu `alaykum. Even if they take great care to clean themselves, can Muslims use public washrooms knowing that there is a chance that their clothes may become soiled from urine splattered on the floor? How does this affect the validity of one’s salah (ritual prayer)?
