Traces of Blood in Minced Meat
A.Salam, I would like to know that is it haram to have any animal blood in food. When I cook Mince, I wash is so much so that there is no trace of blood in it. Usually I wash till it turns white and the water coming out of it is clear as well. But I have many people don’t do this as they think if we wash too much, the taste changes and they rinse it one or twice. When cooking chicken or other meat, its easy to wash but with mince its different as its easy to take all the blood out. So I would like to know what is right according to Islam.thanksallah Hafiz
