Vanilla extracts and other products containing alcohol
Dear Brothers, Salmou Alikoum..In Islam it?s well know that Wine, beer and other Alcoholics are prohibited. But Alcohol is an ingredients in some products found in the market, such as cookies, one of the cookies ingredients is vanilla extract which is made with alcohol. Also some cakes icing are made with alcohol, so are these products are prohibited in Islam as well? Or the prohibition is limited to wine, beer and other drinks?Jazakoum Allah..
