Phone Sex and Marriage in Islamic Shariah
if a man and woman while comitting a phone sex address each other husband and wife and they actually mean it by all intentions will it amount to marriage? even during normal course of telephonic conversation they occasionally call each other husband and wife. does it mean to be wedded or it just a an over emotional sentiment. does nikah solemnised when a man tells a woman that she is his wife and the wife says she is. Please keep in mind the emotional state also.
