Using Toilet Paper to Rid Oneself of Impurity
As-Salamu `alaykum. What were alternatives used to cleanse the private parts by the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions when water was not available for this purpose? Are we allowed to use other alternatives like tissues or toilet paper, in our present time, if we cannot use water?
