Is the income tax the government takes from us considered stealing? They take almost half of the money we earn and work hard for?
Is it allowed for Muslims living in the West or in non-Muslim countries not to file their taxes or to conceal their full income or business profits?
Respected Scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I would like to know whether I can pay my annual income tax with the interest I get on my saving account. Jazakum Allah khayran.
