Studying Book Containing Sexual References
As Salam alaykum. As i am a student living in the UK, we study english language and english literature. A part of our english qualification is a study on the famous american book 'The Catcher in the Rye'. This book contains many sexual, alcoholic and other bad references in the book. In order to achieve a good grade and understanding of the book, i need to study it carefully. Am i allowed to this in this circumstance or is it haram, and it is too late to change book study now.Thank you.Another thing, is that i really want to learn how to pray exactly like the prophet (SAWS), including the sunnah actions. Is this the right way to pray, and it is by the late Sheikh Bin BAz so i assume it is . Please can you authenticate this for me, thank you very much.
