Salam alicoum! Is it allowed to help others (for money) by doing for them control works and tests at school or university?

As-salamu `alaykum. Am I permitted to give my zakah to a poor student who is unable to pay his college fees or other expenses related to his study? Jazakum Allahu Khayran.

I am a university student, and I would like to know whether or not I am obliged to pay Zakah. I am a student and I am not working. However, I have a scholarship from the Japanese government. Is it necessary to pay Zakah or not?

Respected scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. My wife thinks that because of her school she is not able to fast this coming Ramadan. She cannot concentrate in class because she is hungry. What is the Islamic ruling for those who seek excuses to eat in Ramadan? Is it haram for me to be with her? I can add that my wife doesn’t pray at all and she also doesn’t think she will one day. But is she a Muslim? Please help, as I’m not comfortable in sharing life with a kafir (disbeliever); I don’t want my future kids to grow like her. Jazakum Allahu khayran.
