straight path

As salaamu alaykum,Firstly Jaza kallah khair for the work that you do.My question is regarding a hadeeth. I don't remember the exact wording but the hadeeth refers to muslims who will always be on the straight path. Then it gives characteristics about this group. My question is what are the characteristics of this group and does it refer to a group or can it be all individuals. Please explain this hadeeth.Jaza kallahu khayran
