Using applications to spy on other people
Assallamou 3alaykoum wa rahmatou llah t3ala wa barakatouh : Suppose that there is an appliance that allows sombody to spy on another one so the first can listen to the wishpers of the second that even a person who stay very close to the second cannot hear My question: is the second is taken responsible for what he is thinking and what the second is lestening to? should the second control his thoughts or to justify its or apologize to the first one when required in the case of 2 persons normally talking to each others?< br />nB: the second can have different thought regarding the first or not: insult him,pray on him takfir?,have bad thought about islam, make mistake when thinking about verses of the holy quran or ahadith. Finally there is a Prophet hadith PBUH that says :that a person keep on following ?awratt? al muslimin until he spoils them (youfssidahoum). In this hadith in wich manner this person spying on the others will harms them ? Jazakoum allahou khairan
