slaughtered

Assalamu aleykum wa Rahmatu Allah wa Barakatuh, I would like to know further answers regarding slaughtering animals by non-Muslims, especially that we know for certain that anyone will apply for the job will get it regardless of his faith (he can be of any faith) and most who work in this field here in UK are Asian (non-Musim indians who are not from the people of the book). I have heard as well that turkey is allowed to eat it non-slaughtered becasue of his weight, is that correct?assalamu aleykum wa Rahamtu Allah wa Barakatuh. Dear Islamic scholars, I would need ask you whether halal food (Islamically slaughtered meat) offered to false gods become haram or not (ex. an idolater offers Islamically slaughtered halal meat to false gods: then he converts to Islam and eat that meat).hoping that you can help me I thank you with all my heart.
