Wearing Shoes Made with Pig Element
AsSalamualaykum, I was wondering how to contact the shieks, to get advice/ruling on the wearing of shoes which have been made with elements of the pig, whether its the leather or the lining or even the stitching with materials from the pig. as many shoes and trainers in the UK are made with this and its difficult to find out the materials used for the shoes as most people that sell these are not the makers and just sell them. It can also be quite difficult asking these people as they do not want to give the information on their products. Can I wear these types of shoes for work etc. as long as I do not take them to the masjid? Jazakallah Khairun
