schizophrenia

Dear Scholar,Assalamu Alaikum. I have few question on a same topic. I am suffering from Schizophrenia. What happen is that when I have too much pressure, mentally, my symptoms of the illness appears. And I am a university student. That is why my relatives say that the day I have classes, I should not fast. So what is your ruling? And my second question is that what is the punishment from Allah on this life and hereafter for not fasting or breaking fasting? One imam said that who does not fast on the month of ramadan, gets destroyed, how correct is this saying? Thanks.
