Bowing as a Form of Greeting
Dear scholars of Islam, As-Salaam `Alaykum! What does Islam say concerning bowing as a form of greeting and showing courtesy, nothing more, especially as this has become a social custom in many countries? And we see many actors bowing before their audience as a form of greeting. Are they permitted to do so? Thanks
