Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. What are the rituals that should be performed by pilgrims on the day of sacrifice (Yawm An-Nahr)? Jazakum Allah khayran.
Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. Some people sell their furniture or borrow money from others to buy the sacrificial animal to slaughter during `Eid Al-adha. What does the Shari`ah say on this? Jazakum Allah khayran.
Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. I want to offer a sacrifice in `Eid Al-Adha. However, I am not efficient in slaughtering. Can I authorize my Christian neighbor to slaughter the animal for me? Is it legally permissible? Jazakum Allah khayran.
Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. Is it necessary for a person who is prevented from performing the rituals to offer a sacrificial animal?
On `Eid Al-Adha, is there a different way of sacrificing without killing an animal?
Dear scholars, As-Salam `Alaykum.`Eid Mubarak to you all! When “`Eid Al-Adha” is at the doorstep, many rams, cows, camels, of course, are tied to be slaughtered for feast. This brings to my mind the following question: What is the concept of sacrifice in Islam? By the way, my non-Muslim friends try to pick fault in Islam, saying that Muslims are no different to idol worshippers, who also offer sacrifices to their gods. Please clarify this point. Jazakum Allah khayran.
Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. If there are poor people in my country who need money, can I give them the price of the sacrifice, or should I offer the sacrifice?

My wife asked me an interesting question: Did any of the female Companions of the Prophet ever slaughter an animal during the `Eid? Is this proof that women can slaughter an animal if indeed any of the female Companions ever slaughtered?
As-salamu `alaykum. I performed `Umrah in Shawwal, then I returned to my home city. Meanwhile, I intend to perform the obligation of Hajj this year. Do I have to make the sacrifice? Jazakom Allahu khayran.
Dear scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. How should the meat of udhiyah (sacrifice) be shared out?
As-salamu `alaykum. In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. All praise and thanks are due to Allah Alone, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger Muhammad.Last year, I made my sincere intention to perform Hajj & Umrah and by the will of Allah (swt) I was able to. Everything went fine until the last day where I found my self in the middle of stampede. Unable to get myself out if it, and with my last breath I was peacefully awaiting Allah(swt) to terminate my stay in this world, and while my lips, mind and heart were praising Allah(swt) and testifying to the Oneness of Allah (swt), I was also asking Allah(swt) to take me out of my trouble/test. I was not able to help myself, I was injured and had no strength at all. Allah's(swt) help came. I don't know how, but I got out, then gathered strength and finished throwing the pebbles. Howerever, the pain in body parts especially the ribs were increasing as my body cooled down and after about 1 hour I could almost not move and needed help to move around, and I was unable to perform the farewell tawaf. My group guide adviced that I should have an animal sacrificed next year/hajj. (This may sound weird to many, but those last seconds were the most peacefull moments I have ever had) Dear brother, would you please advice based on my events. Is my Hajj valid? Is the group guide correct in saying that I can wait until next Hajj for sacrifice? Do I have to go again to perform the sacrifice myself? How big shall the animal be? Any other related advice is appreciated. Wa Salamu `alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
Asak, I had to travel from Atlanta to India. But one of my friends suggested that I should make a stop over at Jeddah and apply for transit visa for Saudi. I took his advice and applied and alhmd. i got the transit visa. But during this process (as everything happened last minute) I delayed making aggrangements for Ihram for me and my Family and I tried to find them and inquired with my friends and family if they had any Ihrams. But none of this gave any results. I had no choice to proceed without Ihram for jeddah. But after reaching Jeddah, I bought ahram there and wore it. Just to let you the main intention for the stop over at jeddah was Umrah. Do I have to give Dumm for my mistake?? Please advice me. Thank You
