Is Using the Bible as Toilet Paper Acceptable?
As-salamu `alaykum,On the website Facebook, a notice about a new war waged against the Qur'an reached me. A group of Christians placed an image of a page of the Book of Allah on toilet paper to avenge, according to them, a fatwa that permits using the pages of the Torah and the Bible as such, because — according to the fatwa — these books are not to be respected. So, is this fatwa true or is it to be rejected? Jazakum Allahu khayran.
