To what extend should a muslim's relashionship to The People of Scripture go ?

As Salamu Aleikum Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa Barakatohu. In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Before I would like to forward my question(s) on the subject of the relation between humans and jinns, kindly note my appreciation for your noble work. I pray to Allah S.W.T. to bless you and increase your rewards for your service and to fill your lives with joy and success. My question is again about the relation between human beings and jinns: What means the Arabic word "taskhir" and what does it mean with specific regard to jinns? And is it possible for humans to contact those jinns who are Muslims? If yes, what is the Islamic ruling on contacting Muslim jinns? I am asking the last two questions because the issue hasn't become much clear to me though they were answered by Azharite Scholar Subh.

Dear scholars, As-Salaam `Alaykum. My question relates to the principle of brotherhood that links Muslims together, does this indicate that Muslim is not allowed to engage in any other form of relationship? Does religious ties or bonds between Muslim prevent any other links? Jazakum Allah khayran.
