Portraying the lives of the prophet’s wives in movies
Salaam, I was unsure of whether this was the right area to submit my question but Inshallah you will forgive me if I've got it wrong.I am a playwright and I am about to embark on a prject with other writers to write about the Prophet (PBUH), celebrating his life and the equality he showed his wives and about his teachings. I have been asu red that this project is to educate and not to critisise Islam but is permitted for actresses to play and portray the lives the Prophet's wives? I know that it is haram to show the Prophet in form.Wa'salaam
