Supporting politicians that do not intend to enforce Shari`ah
As-salamu `alaykum wa rahmatu Llahi wa barakatuH. Dear Scholars, I hope I am not bothering you with this message, but I would need know whether it is a sin of shirk for a muslim to support politicians that do not intend to make enforce shari`a (for ex. voting a non-religious party). And is it a sin of shirk for a politician if he does not make the state enforce shari`a? And is it a sin of shirk for a judge if he does not enforce shari`a? I think all these three behaviours are haram, but I am asking whether they constitute shirk or another kind of sin.hoping that you can help me I thank you with all my heart. May God reward you. Jazaka Llahu khayran. Davide
