Jihad: Not Only Physical Struggle
Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. Could you tell me what does Islam say about Jihad? I read somewhere that Jihad is not only interpreted as believers fighting a physical war against non-believers but it can also be used to describe a war of knowledge, trying to change your opponents' belief through understanding and education. I understand that in the Qur'an a single word can be interpreted many different ways? What is your understanding of this topic? Jazakum Allah khayran.
