Salah: Any Physical Benefit?
As-Salamu `Alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.Dear scholars, I would like to ask a simple question, which I have tried to find the answer to from a long time. Is there any scientific proofs that Prayer is good for one?Note: I need a solid source if you could please as I am going to use it for da`wah (calling others to Islam) purposes.
