Kangaroo Meat: Prohibited to Eat?
Dear respected scholars, Salaam alikum. My question regards Kangaroo meat. Recently, I came across a food stall selling kebabs made from Kangaroo meat. After doing extensive research through the internet, I came across an email written by a Shia imam saying that Kangaroo meat can be halal. However, after consulting with a Sunni imam, he told me that it cannot be halal because the animal has claws. Could you please shed some light on this?
