perfume

i read on certain sites that if a woman goes out of the house wearing perfume her prayers are not valid until she performs ghusl.There were also hadith references. But then there are scholars who say that ghusl is only mustahab in such a situation.Can u please tell me which is right?Is ghusl fardh or mustahab in a certain situation?And do similar restrictions apply if a woman goes out with other adornments?

As-salam-u-alikum. Q.)Sir, here in Pakistan, there are many superstitions regarding Jinn (ghost). Most of the people think that Jinn (ghost) dominates over the man/woman who use perfumes. A person who has fair complexion & good-looking should not use perfume as he might be loved by Jinn. I could not understand this because using perfume is the sunnah of our Holy Prophet (S.A.W). How it can be risky??? People also say that if someone urinates near a tree or a plant, there are also attacked by Jin (ghost) as tree are the house of Jinn. What does ISLAM say on such issues?

During Hajj, I forgot that wearing perfume is prohibited while one is in a state of Ihram and I put some on. What must I do to expiate?

Is it permissible for a woman to go out of her house wearing a light perfume to cover the smell of sweat?
