perfection

ASA,there are two things that I am confused about that I have heard and would like to confirm. 1. Will no woman reach perfection after Maryam (R.A.) and the wife of Pharoah. Someone said that since Fatimah (R.A.) will be the leader of all women in Paradise except Maryam (R.A.) and the wife of Pharoah it shows that no woman will reach perfection. This is nin acoordnace with the hadith that many men have attained perfection but only two women have, tht is, Maryam (R.A.) and the wife of Pharoah. 2. Also is it right to be proud or happy of the male gender because more men will be successful than women on the Day of Judgement.thank you for your time
