Obedience to Husband

Dear scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. A man said to his wife, “You are forbidden to me as my sister if you smoke cigarettes again behind my back,” and later on he discovered that she smoked cigarettes behind his back. Is she then considered prohibited for him as a wife? Please tell me the answer. May Allah reward you.

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. What is the point of view of Islam regarding a husband’s taking his wife’s salary by force? Jazakum Allah khayran.

Husband?s Command: If a husband commands his wife to boycott his family members but dies then should his wife carry his command even after his death? Forgiveness after death The husband confuses having illicit relationships with other women to his wife on the day of his marriage and promises to stop. The wife finds out after one year that he broke his promise. The husband states that womanizing was an addiction and said that it would take some time for him to change. The wife dealt with his addiction very patiently for 14+ years with the hope that he would come out of it someday however that never happened. In fact the husband got worse every year which pushed his wife to walk out their relationship due to prolonged period of verbal, physical and mental abuse (Mental relates to illicit relationship with other women). The wife begins preparing herself to part from him. During this time she was not to friendly with her husband but was not disrespectful to him either. Unfortunately during this phase the husband dies due to a mishap. The wife now feels g uilty and she never got a chance to apologize to her husband due to his sudden death. How can she apologize to him after his death? Akhirah: It is said that the spouses will meet each other in Jannah. However if one of the spouses is sent to hell and the other in heaven, then how do they meet?
