nose

Salam. I would like to start off by saying thankyou for the help you give to those that ask questions.My problem is that I have a big, crooked nose. My family says that it looks "alright," but I can't say I agree. I have hated it since I was young, and I always (and still do) hate seeing my reflection. Some of my friends make fun of it, also, but they end up saying "Just kidding!" but it still hurts me mentally. My question is: is it haram to have plastic surgery for this reason?Thankyou and may Allah bless you for your help.

Assalamu'alaikum. Does ear-picking and nose-picking render one's fast invalid? How about inserting water into the ears, since the water will not reach stomach by this mean?

Assalamu alaikumare nose piercings allowed in islam for women. i have already had mine done and i have had mixed interpretations as to whether its allowed or not. i have had few scholars stating that its allowed and there is nothing in islam saying that. some say that because it is an asian custom it would not be permissible. but what if i choose to do it because i like it and i don't wish to cause fitnah, would it still be unpermissible. jazakhallah

i have many questions but when the time comes to ask i forget.... firstly ....are we all children of Adam PBUH or are we all descendants from that era but of different individuals?is nose peircing haraam?and also.... can a muslim actually marry another muslim of a different nationality..i.e. arab marrying pakistani...i mean if not does this not go against what allah said about discrimination in islam?and also....i want to be a lawyer...should i?i mean islamically is it allowed?

I want to ask about plastic surgery on a crooked nose. The doctor told me that this is an overgrowth. Really, it causes embarrassment and it has a psychological effect on me.
