Non-Surgical Procedures for Beautification Purposes

Thank you so much.What is Islam's stand on non-surgical procedures for beautification purposes, e.g. botox injections or collagen injections? Are such procedures considered haram in Islam?What about anti-ageing creams/gels/ointments that are applied topically, as opposed to being injected?Looking forward to your response. Thank you.
