Sacrificing an Animal on Moving to a New House
Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. Some people say that one who moves into a new house should sacrifice an animal (a she-goat, for example) and that if he does not do so, the jinn will dwell in the house and harm him. Is this true? Jazakum Allah khayran.
