mut’ah

Salaams1. I heard that in Islam a man is allowed to have muta with another woman without the permission of his wife. I was just wondering if this was true as I have never read anything about it in the Quran. Or does this idea come from hadiths? Basically where do we get this concept from?2. I have got many questions about the Islamic point of view regarding Iran imposing hijab on every women Muslim or non. The answer that I usually give is that the law of wearing hijab is just like any other law in another country. Just like in china they have rules against importing rice in order to maintain stability in the nation, iran?s hijab law is important in maintain stability in a nation (as in the people do not become corrupt). However, I was thinking about my answer and I remembered the verse of the quran in surah baqara ?there is no compulsion in religion? it seems that the verse in the Quran contradicts this practice.3. I was also asked by a non Muslim why in Islam it is required to have two females to testify in a legal case while it only requires 1 male.4. Why is it that a woman must be obedient to her husband at all times except if he asks her to do some thing haraam? And also she cannot leave the house without her husband?s permission. Doesn?t this kind of imply a child parent relationship?

Asalamu Alaikum,Is it halal or haram to marry for a specified period of time i.e. 1 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month etc..?I want the answer to be the position of Islam on that; not the point of view of one scholar, Sunna or Shia; just what's Islam's position on that matter? Thanks.Asalamu Alaikum.
