In other words, is it permissible to take compensation for blood donation? Also, what is the evidence on the permissibility of blood donation? Jazakum Allah khayran.

Dear scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. My dad has a store. He gives us money when he fells like it. But once he told us that we can take some money when we need it. So now whenever we go to store we take $5 or $10; would this be considered a sin or stealing on our part if we did so? Jazaka Allahu khayran.
