Can I pray in Maqam Ibrahim when I finish the Tawaf even if it is with men? Please answer me.

What should I do if I cannot perform the two rak`ahs of Prayer behind maqam Ibrahim in Hajj or `Umrah? Should I wait till the crowd of pilgrims decreases and then perform them at any spot in the mosque? Also, can I perform this Prayer outside the mosque?
