Will the Disbelievers Be at the Same Level in Hell?

Dear scholars, as-salamu ?alaykum! Wil l be all the disbelievers punished at the sane level of the Hell (as there are 7 levels)? Or will be some difference done among them? (Whatever strange it may sound, there are many good souls among the disbelievers, as we can witness every day in our post-Communist societies.)
