Letter of credit
asalamu alikum warahmatullah wabarakatuhoo, Dear scholars, as-Salamu `alaykum. Kindly furnish me with Islamic view on letter of credit(documentry credit)? Is it permissible in Islam or how can Muslims deal with this payment method? What exactly could be the duties of a Muslim seller in a trade where letter of credit comes? Jazakum Allah khayran.
