left hand

Dear scholars, As-salamu `alaykum.I am a revert of two and a half years standing. I am left-handed. I know the Sunnah practices of eating with the right hand, cleansing oneself with the left hand and so on. My question is with regard to writing. Is it okay for me to write with my left hand?I have managed to learn to eat with my right hand in imitation of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) but writing with my right hand would be nigh-on impossible for me. Please advise me.
