leasing

As-Salaam `Alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuh! I want to ask you about leasing, I intend to buy a car this way, the car would be registered with my name, and I’d take care of it as if it would be mine, including insurance. So please, is this kind of leasing allowed in Shari`ah? Thank you very much and Salaam Alaykum.

Laesing : Buying a car using a leasing contract is lawfull in line with shariaa or not, and particularly for the terms of the contract as penality in the form of bearing interest (rate) charges (fees) for delaying any payment or not excuting any part o the the contract.also may i have any suggestion for buying a house or a car that is totaly in line with shariaâ.

What is the Islamic ruling regarding leasing? What if the company that I am buying from is financing but I have to pay a fixed amount every month?

assalamualaikum, i have a second hand business running and im thinking to close it down i found someone who wants to lease it from me but when he opens up it will be a a off-licence which will be selling alcahol is it ok to lease it out to himhope to hear from u soon jazzakallah
