Laws dealing with raped women
I believe that the laws that deal with rape are unjust to women. 1) Why is it that women who voluntarily do not wear the Hijab and become victims are punished??? 2) There are so many opinions on this one that it seems jurists know Islam has been unjust to women and therefore try to distort. Is lam requires 4 eye witnesses to the crime so that the r*pist can be punished. Why? Even with DNA tests you say "descretionary punishment". Do you believe that such scientific methods are faulted?? Don't you understand that if a person commits a crime in the 21st century, he looks for dark alleyways and other such places to find a victim or drags them there to it? Even if a girl is with a mahram, the mahram is attacked and beaten up to unconsciousness like it happened in the famous 2005 ruling with the 19 year old (although the man was not mahram, he was overpowered). 3) If the woman or accuser loses the case, why is she punished? why is she taken as transgresser? with eye witnesses being rare and you not trusting scientific methods, women choose to hide what happened! they dont want to be punished for being proven wrong!
