Jum'ah prayer

Hello,I wanted to ask 2 questions: - Is the Friday prayer (Zuhr time) at the mosque, only for men? Because in Indonesia, I never saw women joining this prayer.- for women: Is there any rule (like for periods) about vaginal discharge while Candidiasis (vaginal infection/gonorrhea, bacterial vaginosis/trichomonas) because the sexual intercourse are not recomanded and the discharge look quite dirty...is the prayer possible if we are affected by these diseases?Thanks a lot for your answer...

Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. What are the essentials of the Jumu`ah khutbah ? I used to attend Jumu`ah in the past where imams, among other things, would conclude their sermons with du`aa’. One day I attended Jumu`ah in a relatively new mosque, and the imam did not offer any du`aa’ while concluding his sermon. Is this a sound practice? Jazakum Allahu Khayran.
