My case involves a Muslim woman who separated from her husband some time ago and sought refuge and alternative accommodation.due to domestic violence. Her separated husband had sought her out and demanded sex with her; on her refusal he would force her to have sex with him. I understand that If she had no valid excuse then she was sinful in denying him sexually but is the husband sinful for forcing her to have intercourse? If he is not sinful, would it be sinful for him if forcing her caused her pain. She hasn?t made complaints to the police stating that she is still married to him; and there is no rape in Islam. What is this woman?s rights given she has separated from her husband and does not wish to have sexual relations with him, is she in a position to make a complaint against him to the Police under the pretence that he is raping her?
Dear Scholars:as-salamu ?alaykum.there are still prevailing customs & traditions among Muslims in Southern Philippines where virginity is measured by vaginal bleeding during the first sexual intercourse during the first night of newly wed couple. In fact, if the married woman do not bleed at first night during sexual intercourse the husband file divorce immediately based on that presumption. What is the Islamic opinion regarding this matter? Jazakum Allah Khairan
Dear scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. I want to ask about one who has done anal sex with his wife without knowing that it is haram but after knowledge he feared Allah and promised to not do it again. What should he do? Does he have to fast for a period or anything else? Please answer in detail.
Assalaam Alaikum, I have a question regarding Muslim men having intercourse with their female slaves (see Surah 70 -Al-Ma'aij 29-31).this topic has been previously addressed, but the issue of it contradicting what the Qur'an says about adultery and fornication werenot. Furthermore, there is a hadith which states: "Whoever fornicates with a free woman or a slave, then the child is a child of zinaa, itneither inherits nor does the man inherit from it," (Saheeh Sunanat-Tirmithee #2113). These two seem to contradict each other as well. I know Islam eventually eradicated slavery because people freed slaves to get rewards, etc. but did itactually make it HARAAM (over time of course)? Also, if everybody is equal in Islam, then why are there stipulations on marrying a "slave" (i.e. if you cannot afford to marry a "free" woman, etc)? Can you please clarify theses issue in as much detail as possible? JazakAllah khair for your patience and informed response.
Assalam-o-alaikum! My question is about my married life. I have had anal sex with my wife whereas i knew that it was a sin? Has this affected my 'Nikah'? Do I have to renew my 'Nikah' with my wife? Or i just have to ask Allah to forgi ve me? Please guide me as i am living a very disturbed life aftyer the incident. I got to know that my wife is now 'halaal' for me or she is no more 'halaal'.
is it compelsury to do sex with wife on ist night of marriage? how to do sex with wife(with condom or without comdom)in islam?
If a bride does not feel ready to have sex on the first night, can she wait? Seeing as humans don't have a time limit as for when they feel ready and when you are practically given away to a stranger, would it then be ok for the couple to get to know each other after the wedding and have sex when they feel they know each other well enough (almost date after the wedding if you will)?Having sex with a stranger despite the nikah is just not romantic or wanted by most girls. Its awkward and almost rape if forced upon. I am sure you agree sex should be love and beautiful. Not force with a stranger. I seek your advice and divine guidance. As the matter is close to the heart.
Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. What is the significance of making ghusl (bathing the whole body) after sexual intercourse? Jazakum Allah khayran.
