Having Intercourse in the Day of Ramadan

I am married and want to know is can i have intercourse with my husband during the day in ramazan if we are not fasting due to any reason.i know having intercourse during fasting is prohibited but what if we are not fasting due to some reason so can we have intercourse during the day in ramazan.

Cleaning Anything Touched by a Spouse After Intimacy

Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. Is it true that after sexual intercourse it is compulsory to clean everything you might have touched in the state of impurity before having a bath? Jazakum Allahu Khayran.
