insane

Salamun aleykum,I have several questions about jinn, spirit possession which I compiled them in to two parts.The first part consists of:Question 1: According to Islamic Law (Fiqh), a person who is possessed by jinns, spirits could  be legally counted to be an insane?Quesiton 2: Legally (Acc. to Fiqh) is it possible to apply  to people who are religious, reliable and have spirit medium capabilities to proof that such a person is really possessed by jinns, spirits?Question 3: If a person shows some symptoms of  jinn possession and when the family, neighbours,friends and people around the person understand and observe that the person is possesed  by jinns, in such a situatiton is the person legally counted to be an insane?Thanks for your help.
