Importance of Fatwa
Asalaam u alaikumPlease can you explain the importance of a fatwa. Who is allowed to issue a fatwa? Do we have to follow a fatwa? Also if we follow a fatwa, and in reality it is wrong, are those who have followed the fatwa respnsible or is the wrongdoing totally the responsibility of the fatwa giver, no matter what?
