Should Zakah Be Counted in Ramadan?
As-salamu `alaykum. Is Zakah to be counted from the beginning of the month of Ramadan or from the end of the month? If the money is being added every month in the bank, is Zakah to be paid on the balance remaining at the next Ramadan, as one year would not have passed on the subsequent deposits in the bank?
