grow

AsSalamu Alaykum wa RahmatuAllah. 1- Are males allowed to grow the hair of the head (not artificially but just not cutting it and letting it grow naturally)? 2- I've read two fatwas on this website about handshaking non-mahrams of the opposite sex but I have a question that weren't included in those fatwas. Does it make any difference to shake hands with a non-mahram of the opposite sex wearing a glove? Jazakum Allahu Khayran
